IUCN World Conservation Congress 2025 is a once-every-four-years global environmental and conservation event. This edition was particularly special as it was hosted in the UAE for the first time at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, attracting international delegates, policymakers, scientists, and NGOs.Xenial Events provided 200 + specialized collaborators for the event, delivering professional event staffing across registration, attendee management, VIP services, crowd flow, and exhibitor assistance. Our team was intentionally multilingual, speaking Arabic, English, Spanish, Urdu, Russian, and Emirati dialects, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for a diverse international audience. Supervisors and relief staff maintained smooth operations throughout the venue, guaranteeing efficient service at this rare quadrennial congress.
