For the second consecutive year, Xenial Events provided large-scale event staffing and customer service solutions for Gulfood, the world’s biggest F&B exhibition at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). With 342 trained professionals, we ensured seamless operations for exhibition staff management, attendee flow control, and VIP hospitality services at this premier global food and beverage trade show.
Our team included 16 Supervisors, 35 Data Entry Operators (DEO), and 40 Gate Staff to manage high-volume attendee entry. Queue management was handled by 48 Queue Ushers and 11 Head Ushers, while 20 Fast Track Attendants expedited VIP access. Attendee engagement was supported by 22 Info Desk staff, 6 Hostesses, and 3 Ushers, with 7 Runners ensuring real-time coordination.
For crowd control and logistics, we deployed 40 Movement Coordinators, 18 Self-Registration Assistants, and 11 Relief Staff to maintain efficiency. On-site services included 49 lanyard ushers for badge distribution, plus 4 Visitor Catalogue Distribution and 3 Exhibition Catalogue Collection staff. Backend support was reinforced by 7 XE Support Staff, ensuring smooth technical operations.
