Two flagship shows, running at once
GITEX Global and Expand North Star ran simultaneously in Dubai, attracting technology innovators, government delegates and energy sector leaders from around the world.
For the very last time, GITEX Global was hosted at Dubai World Trade Centre, while Expand North Star took place at Dubai Harbour, marking its last edition at this venue: one of the most complex dual-venue exhibitions in the region.
400+ crew, one standard across both sites
Xenial Events deployed more than 400 trained collaborators across both venues, managing registration, badge scanning, crowd flow, VIP and exhibitor support, and attendee guidance.
A single, consistent standard held across both sites, from the first hour to the last, despite the logistical complexity of running two flagship shows in parallel.

This was the final GITEX Global at Dubai World Trade Centre and the last Expand North Star at Dubai Harbour. Our team held a single, consistent standard across both sites, keeping registration, crowd flow and VIP support seamless despite the dual-venue complexity.
