A rare congress, hosted in the UAE for the first time
The IUCN World Conservation Congress 2025 is a once-every-four-years global environmental and conservation event. This edition was particularly special, as it was hosted in the UAE for the first time, at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
It drew international delegates, policymakers, scientists and NGOs, an audience as diverse as it was demanding, all arriving to a venue experiencing the congress for the very first time.
200+ collaborators, fluent in six languages
Xenial Events provided more than 200 specialized collaborators for the event, delivering professional event staffing across registration, attendee management, VIP services, crowd flow and exhibitor assistance.
Supervisors and relief staff maintained smooth operations throughout the venue, guaranteeing efficient service at this rare quadrennial congress from the first delegate to the last.
A deliberately multilingual team, six languages on the floor
Our team was intentionally multilingual, speaking Arabic, English, Spanish, Urdu, Russian and Emirati dialects. That range ensured a seamless and welcoming experience for a diverse international audience of delegates, policymakers, scientists and NGOs.
