Both. We rent by the day or for the full show period, and can extend for build-up and breakdown days when you need kit on site before doors and after the last visitor.

Delivery and on-site setup are available with every hire. Consumables such as PVC cards, printer ribbons, fanfold badge stock and lanyards can be supplied with the rental so desks stay stocked through the show.

Yes. Beyond rentals we provide end-to-end event registration management: custom registration apps and websites, on-site badge printing, equipment setup and dismantle, live inventory management and timely reporting to organisers throughout the show.

A named lead and technicians on the floor for the full show day, monitoring printer and scanner health, clearing queues at the desks, reprinting badges, watching network load, swapping failed units from on-site spares and reporting registration and footfall numbers to the organiser through the day.

We do, end to end. Our team installs and configures every desk, printer, scanner and screen before doors, tests it against your live badge artwork and data, then dismantles the entire area after the show, reconciles the asset list and removes everything from site.
