Gulfood 2026 is the world's largest F&B trade exhibition, and this edition marked a historic milestone as it expanded across two venues simultaneously for the first time: Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre.
The scale of this global showcase required advanced event staffing in Dubai, seamless IT infrastructure, and coordinated crowd management across both locations, all running to the same standard on the same days.
400+ collaborators, across both floors
Xenial Events mobilized more than 400+ specialized collaborators for Gulfood 2026, delivering large-scale exhibition staffing across both venues over five days. Our team managed high-volume registration for 250K+ attendees, badge scanning, and data entry operations, alongside queue management, Fast Track access, VIP support and exhibitor assistance.
Supervisors and relief staff ensured operational consistency between venues, maintaining efficient attendee processing from opening to close throughout the show.
An original soundtrack: the first custom audio identity in Gulfood's history
In collaboration with Dubai World Trade Centre, Xenial Events also produced an original soundtrack for the exhibition, the first custom audio identity ever created for Gulfood. Alongside this, our team supported the organizers with their IT requirements across both venues.
